Entries, deadlines, and the championship week
15 September 2026 — Entries open
The online entry form goes live on the ICF website. Access is sent individually to each member federation's President or Secretary General.
30 September 2026 — Entries close
Deadline for federations to submit rosters and remit the participation fee of USD 600 per participant.
30 October 2026 — Cancellation deadline
Cancel on or before this date and 60% of the entry fee is retained (40% refunded). Cancel after 15 November, and the full fee is retained.
15 November 2026 — Final changes deadline
Last day to replace a previously submitted player, subject to approval by the ICF President or Secretary General.
30 November 2026 — Arrival & check-in
Registration and check-in, with a shuttle bus provided from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). A meeting that evening covers the schedule ahead of play starting the next morning.
1–5 December 2026 — Match days
Confirmed order of play: Day 1 Team event, Day 2 Doubles, Days 3–4 Singles, Day 5 (5 December) Swiss League. Exact daily timing is released with the full schedule, expected by the end of October 2026.
6 December 2026 — Check-out & departure
Full board runs through breakfast that morning.
